Depending on your requirements, you could end up working with fifteen to twenty different wedding suppliers in preparation for your big day. Or you can simply liaise with Organised Events and we will do all the work for you!

If you have selected one of our wedding co-ordination packages, we will source & recommend wedding suppliers to you. Our wedding co-ordinators will chase for updates & check all the contracts. All communication with the wedding suppliers will be through one of our wedding organisers, unless you prefer to liaise direct of course. We will also provide the wedding suppliers with directions, details on the venue & your wedding schedule. One week prior to your wedding, we will run through your requirements with each supplier. On your Wedding Day, we will act as the main contact for the wedding suppliers & ensure that you get all the services you have been promised.

Alternatively if you do not require the full services of our wedding co-ordination packages, but need help in finding a specific type of wedding supplier, our wedding consultants can either provide you with the contact details of a selection of wedding suppliers or check availability, negotiate with the supplier(s) & make a booking for you. The latter is an element of our Partial Wedding Organisation service.

We have a large internal database of wedding suppliers who we work with regularly & can recommend. We ensure the wedding suppliers we use have a good reputation & consistently high standards, provide a good quality product or service, are reliable & value for money. This internal supplier database is different to the online Wedding and Event Supplier directory in that any company may advertise on the online directory and may not be known to us.

Otherwise we will research & source new ones to meet your requirements. If we are proposing a wedding supplier whom we have sourced for the first time, we will ask for references.

We will always endeavour to obtain the most competitive prices for you. Thanks to our contacts, we are often able to obtain a discount for our clients or preferential treatment. We will also try to ensure your budget is not exceeded.
