The Church of Scotland has no fixed policy on Re-marriage.
It leaves individual Ministers to act according to their own conscience and belief. I have no reservations about marrying divorced persons.
As there may not be the opportunity to meet before the Marriage Service, you should at least be able to pick out the minister who is conducting the ceremony, after browsing these pages.
