| The Claire Phoenix Band is a 5 piece professional and chic ensemble playing jazz/swing, soul, Latin and retro pop. We perform material from artists such as Nina Simone, Dusty Springfield, Carol King, Roberta Flack and Sade; swing and ratpack; Latin salsa, rumba, lambada; soul/funk grooves; ballads and contemporary sounds such as Amy Winehouse and Duffy so quite a diverse variety. Then for those that like up-to-the minute pop and rock we can provide a DJ service (our drummer is also a DJ) after our set. We are reliable, professional, elegant (always co-ordinated and smart) and are fully insured and our equipment PAT tested which many venues require.
